In the beginner workout he presents a four day regimen focusing on legs, upper body pulls, upper body presses and recovery. This four day cycle includes reps on a stationary bike, dead lifts, front squats, stiff leg dead lifts, barbell twists, triceps extensions, dumb bells and body squats among other weight lifting exercises. Day four focuses on recovery and then repeating the processes again.
George St Pierre Intermediate Workout
The intermediate workout follows the same four day cycle and repeat but with more intense workouts and some new wrinkles. For example jumping lunges, bicep curls, front dips, inverted lateral rows and jumping squats are included in the intermediate workout.
George St Pierre Advanced Workout
The advanced workout regime is the same exercises as the intermediate workout except for the addition of a weighted vest. You will do the same exercises as the intermediate workout schedule but you will be wearing a weighted vest. When you complete the reps take off the vest and do them all over again.
